Antego Tire and Wheel Return Policy

At Antego Tire and Wheel, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. In such cases, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the terms below to understand our return policy.

Return Period: We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date. Any return requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Restocking Fee: If the reason for the return is determined to be the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect product ordered, change of mind, or improper installation), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The fee amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and its condition.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please click here. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation. You will then receive a label and further instructions on how to proceed.

Antego is partnered with Redo to provide free and easy return shipping labels to customers. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another item or a different size, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with information on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if you do not utilize the proper channels (i.e., contact us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. To start a shipping claim, please click here.
