Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday with FedEx Ground and Home. We do not ship on Holidays where carriers do not pick up. If we are closed for any other days, we will ship the next business day we are open.
With 2 warehouses in Newnan, Georgia and Salt Lake City, Utah, we are able to ship quickly to most of the country. Our shipping speeds vary from 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. Shipping times may also vary due to carrier delays.
Handling
We offer same day shipping on any order that comes in before
2 P.M. Eastern Standard time. Any orders received after 2 P.M. may be shipped
on the next business day. Orders received after 2 P.M. on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday or next business day in case of a holiday.
Cancellations
We will do our best to cancel an order, however once the shipping label has been generated, we can not guarantee cancellation. Please send us an email using the contact form here to request to an order.

At Antego Tire and Wheel, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. Return Period: We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date. Any return requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Restocking Fee: If the reason for the return is determined to be the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect product ordered, change of mind, or improper installation), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The fee amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and its condition.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@antegowheels.com or call (470) 414-2830. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation. Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another item or a different size, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with information on how to proceed with the exchange.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if you do not utilize the proper channels (i.e., contact us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
